The developer is investing $18 million of their own funds into the project.
$25M C SPACE Funding
An additional $25 million is secured through C SPACE funding.
$72M EB-5 Loan:
The largest portion, $72 million, comes from loans through the EB-5 program, which is designed to attract foreign investments in exchange for U.S. residency.
